You can switch jobs in guild and learn various abilities that will help your adventure but please note that whenever you switch job, abilities that are associated with job are no longer available (but all the training points you allocated are still there) It is your choice to decide whether you will be specialized in particular job and become the master, or try bits and pieces of different job and become all round player.

How to switch job

Click or select the job you want to switch to and bring up the job information screen, then press OK button to confirm the change. Pretty easy, isn't it? :)
